I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist with over a decade of experience working in private practice treating individuals experiencing issues of stress, depression, anxiety, relationships issues, existential crises and other difficulties in life.

Psychodynamic therapy means that we explore the meaning behind the experiences an individual has had, from early life to present. It is deeper work but offers profound insight and change because it looks at depth into the conscious and unconscious affect that our experiences and relationships can have on how we perceive and live in the world. This can be beneficial for short term therapy which is more focused and goal oriented and it can be particularly useful for longer term therapy which allows for exploration.
