Samaritans - Open 24 hours a day, the Samaritans offer a free helpline for anyone feeling in distress and needing to talk
CALM - Helpline for men experiencing suicidal thoughts, open from 5pm to midnight, 365 days a year
Papyrus - An organisation for those under 35, there is a free helpline for anyone needing support or information
Childline - Free telephone and online support for anyone under 19 to talk about whatever is troubling them. It is private and confidential and will not show up with the name on the phone bill.
