I am a psychotherapist with over a decade of experience working with people looking for support, change and acceptance. Many of the people I work with are struggling with things that are happening in their present but many are looking to come to terms with things that have happened in the past. I have particular experience with questions around self-image and connection — the deep wish to be seen and understood, and the pain of feeling unseen, misunderstood, or alone.

I offer a thoughtful and supportive space where we can explore these experiences. Therapy can help you make sense of patterns in your relationships, how you feel about yourself, and how you are managing the emotional pressures that come up in life. My approach is grounded in curiosity and care, and we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I believe therapy isn’t only for times of crisis. It can also be a meaningful way to build and sustain emotional wellbeing — especially in a world that places growing personal and professional demands on us. Whether you’re facing something specific or simply feel that something isn’t quite right, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and begin to find a way forward.
